If you realise you have made a mistake when you have confirmed your order, you will need to contact us by telephone to let us know. As all our orders are automatically processed we cannot guarantee that we will be in a position to change it before it is shipped. In the instance that you receive your order and need to change it please see our returns policy for more details.

If you can’t remember your password don’t worry. After you enter your login email address click the ‘Forgot My Password’ button. Our system will then generate a new password and email it to you. Important points to remember regarding the new password you will receive: A) The new password is case sensitive, this means that is must be entered as you see it (i.e. upper case letters if they appear) B) The new password will only be sent to the email address that was used to open your account on atir.ie. C) The new password will be automatically sent within 5 minutes of requesting it, if you have not received it within 1 hour it may be due to a problem with your mailbox. It may be treating our emails as spam or junk mail and you should check your spam and junk folders. Your mailbox may also be full which may prevent receipt of emails.

On successful completion of an order on atir.ie you will receive an email from info@atir.ie This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it containing your order number and order details. Please keep this email safe as you will need the order number for any further queries you may have. Failure to provide an order number on request will result in a delay with your enquiry.

When you log into your account on atir.ie you can check your order history which will detail when your order was accepted and when it has been shipped.

Turnaround time on orders received can take up to 7 working days though we will always endeavour to ship before this time. For further information on our shipping options please see our shipping page.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an automated email to advise you of same. If you choose any of our pre-pay shipping options your order will be sent by track & trace delivery and the relevant tracking number is available upon request. We provide an exact size chart for each item to assist you with your choice and this can be found under the graphic of each item when you click to see same. If this doesn’t help we are only too happy to assist you in any way we can by email or phone.

Realex are one of the internets most secure payment service providers and we are regularly checked and updated with the best fraud prevention software available to give our customers full peace of mind when shopping on atir.ie. Customer’s personal details are never shared with any third parties. Only the email addresses for those who have subscribed to our newsletters are kept on file and we do not keep credit card details.
